To succeed as a global Meet & Travel Manager you need:
• Proven advanced experience in the field of Meeting & Travel Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of Meeting & Travel industry experience or equivalent.
• Experience from a managerial position in the field of Meeting & Travel with global assignments
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Meet & Travel manager you will lead and develop INGKA Group Meeting & Travel Area with focus on efficiency, quality, health, safety, security, sustainability and lower cost. You will secure efficient implementation of global initiatives linked to Meeting & Travel framework and program to secure an excellent coworker experience
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Lead the Centre of Expertise for Meeting & Travel
• Be the Process Owner of INGKA Meeting & Travel
• Create, update and implement the Meeting & Travel strategy
• Lead the Global Meeting & Travel team as well as the Matrix across 30 countries
• Network and benchmark across global best-in-class practices
• Secure and monitor that all markets are in line with the Meeting & Travel policies
This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Co-worker Experience Manager.
