In both positions, as a lead or design engineer, you will contribute to finding innovating solutions to reach the goals within the product development process. As Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the development process with activities like creating time plans, coordinating designers, handling suppliers, budgeting and performing cost estimation. Since you will have daily contact with different stakeholders the position requires a lot of networking. As a Design Engineer, you will participate in developing concepts, work with detail design and making sure your components meets the quality requirements.
We value your technical skills and your interest in technology. You have an education in mechanical engineering from university or equivalent. Since you will be working in a team and with different stakeholders it is important that your communication skills are high. As a person you are able to independently operate tasks and work toward set goals.
Qualifications
• Experience of project management (for the lead role)
• Knowledge in Catia V5
• Experience in Teamcenter
• Design work experience within casted, plastic, sheet metal components etc. is meriting
