Reverse engineering of existing product to create model & drawings.
CAD: Creo 2.0 (Pro E), CATIA, SIEMENS Teamcenter.
Scanning software: Reverse Engg: Scan IP, GOM
Analysis: Ansys, Star CD, Star CCM+
Automotive: BIW, HVAC, Suspension, Brakes, Transmission & Exterior parts.
Apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5
Good planning skills & strong communication skills, both verbal & written.
Initiate and manage ECOs to document and communicate changes to previously released parts and BoMs.
Experience in sheet metal piece parts, large assemblies & groups.
Modelling parts with expected accuracy & with no interference issue in part level.
Creating the BOM of the sub systems.
Ensuring the model with functional & profile requirement with accuracy.
Using surface modelling to model variety of automotive parts.
M.E Internal Combustion engineering Or Mechanical Engineering
Must have in general:
Over 7 years of experience in Computer Aided Design
Reverse engineering of existing product to create model & drawings.
CAD: Creo 2.0 (Pro E), CATIA, SIEMENS Teamcenter.
Scanning software: Reverse Engg: Scan IP, GOM
Analysis: Ansys, Star CD, Star CCM+
Automotive: BIW, HVAC, Suspension, Brakes, Transmission & Exterior parts.
Must have in specific:
Capability to understand and apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5
Good planning skills & strong communication skills, both verbal & written.

Hands-on experience in Creo with solid, surface modelling, sheet metal, assembly & drafting.
Experience in sheet metal piece parts, large assemblies & groups.
Exposure to Pro E Family table & Pro diagram.
Modelling parts with expected accuracy & with no interference issue in part level.
Creating the BOM of the sub systems.
Ensuring the model with functional & profile requirement with accuracy.
Using surface modelling to model variety of automotive parts.
