In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by developing accessories and sustain the product portfolio in close collaboration with Marketing, Manufacturing & Logistics and Clinical Validation department.

As we grow bone conducted solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Engineering Degree or Engineering Certificate from a technical field.
Fluent in Swedish and English with good writing and presentation skills in both.
CAD design expertise, preferably in PTC Creo.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear's customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
As a person you have an analytic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
You are a communicative team-player with a talent for working methodically and find creative solutions.
Knowledge in common manufacturing methods.
Knowledge in common measuring and test methods.
Takes personal responsibility.
Applies rules and procedures according to situation.
Adapts actions to achieve organization's objectives.
Experience from Windchill PDMLink is a plus.
