We are looking for a Mechanical Design Teamleader for our High Speed Separator systems in petrochemical, oil & gas and process industry.
You will work in close collaboration with our Project Managers, Supply Unit and Market Units and you will be responsible for the Mechanical Design process and execution based on the latest industry standards
As Mechanical Design Leader your main tasks will be;* Act as a mentor/teamleader for the mechanical design team.* Allocate right rescourses to the ongoing projects and quotation work activities.* Planning, organizing and managing the workforce* Quality check the mechanical engineering within the projects * Ensure the design accurately reflects what was sold and meets customer requirement* Build up processes for effective support in bidphase and executation in projects.
Qualifications:We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience as Mechanical Design Engineer within pipning. You should have work as a leader or coordinator for 2-3 years. You should have several years experience from technical design within an industrial construction group or a consulting company in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, or refinery industries. You have strong skills with systems design, PID, components selections and knowledge of manufacturing processes and welding requirements. Have a good knowledge in AutoCAD or similar design softwares. Have demonstrated knowledge and experience in ASME, ANSI and other local regulations.
You are as a person a natrual leader and like to support your collegues. You like to do a plan for the fututre and set up goals and work focused to reach them. You are a good technician with great networking capabilities, well structurized and serviceminded.

Practicalities:The position requires approximately 20-40 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
