As a Material Planner within HIAB Central Services Organization you will be responsible for the supply of one or more segments of spare parts. As the owner of inventory availability you Sourcing. will have a key role in securing a high service level towards our customers. You will have a day-to-day relationship with multiple suppliers and drive their performance in collaboration with Sourcing. Initially the position will be heavy on daily operations but you are expected to drive the change towards reduced administration and increased digitalization. There will be opportunities and expectations for you to grow in your role.
Arbetsuppgifter
The job responsibilities include:
• Ensuring that Hiab Services is top of mind for our suppliers
• Issuing of purchase orders for spare parts
• Optimization of inventory level of your spare parts segment at the central distribution center
• Respond to fluctuations in demand and supply constraints
• Support on maintaining correct purchasing- and material related master data
• Supplier claim handling and reviewing of supplier invoices
• Continuously develop the supply process together with other Material Planners, Supply Chain Specialists and Sourcing.
• Full responsibility for the inbound process (suppliers, carriers and warehouse), including deviations management
• Respond to lead time inquiries from customer service team
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Our expectations:
• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics and/or Business
• Skilled excel user
• Analytical mind-set
• Capability of working independently
• A structured way of working and an ability to work under tight deadlines
• Confident to address lead time and quality deviations with suppliers
• Ability to work in an international business environment in a matrix organization
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience from demand planning or purchasing is valued
• Experience from working with SAP is valued

The position is preferably located in Hudiksvall (Sweden) but also Malmö (Sweden) can be an option. You will be a part of the central service organization and report to the Supply Chain Manager EMEA.
