We are looking for an individual proficient in navigating numbers and analytics, skillful in cultivating relationships and the ability to stay focused when things move quickly.
In the Material & Production Planner role, you will be planning an assortment of finished goods and raw materials, steering their journey from raw material/component supplier to a global central warehouse. Delivery precision remains the primary target, but inventory levels and production capacity will be just as important. Daily collaboration with various departments is central to addressing short-term challenges and formulate strategies for long-term delivery capabilities. Maintaining daily contact with suppliers is of utmost importance to ensure timely deliveries, supported by a comprehensive understanding of relevant data and figures for a stable, long-term product supply.
Responsibilities
Raw material planning
Production planning
Communicating delivery dates for potential low stock/back order products
Monitoring production, inventory levels, and deliveries
Overseeing and factilitating supplier performance
Actively participating in cross-functional teams and projects
Ideal candidate
Relevant education in supply chain/logistics
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or a similar role in manufacturing
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Skilled in Excel
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
