Not only will you be working with cool technical challenges - but also be part of an optimistic atmosphere where joy, knowledge-sharing, and openness are key characteristics. Join our exciting change journey today and contribute to reducing the CO2 emissions in our society.

About the Master Thesis

In this Master thesis you have the opportunity to investigate todays and future concepts for high voltage cable solution through performing Life Cycle Assessment, setting the bar for the next level of sustainability and circularity. You will be part of an existing team already working to develop next generation of charging and electrical distribution products but have your own scope within the team.

Background

Increased environmental awareness has led to further electrification demands from society on commercial vehicles and offroad application while simultaneously requesting more focus on sustainability of used materials. High voltage cables are essential for today's electric drivelines which use will only increase in the future. Therefore, electrical high voltage cables will need to be highly recyclable as well as using more recycled materials.

Plan

Learn about products being developed and based on future sustainability needs investigate concepts out from Life Cycle Assessments, both with regard to todays and in future solutions with increased use of various recycled cable materials as well as design for recycling after use.
