In this exciting role you will have full responsibility to build inventory reduction and improve on-time delivery for both BioProduct and Healthcare Systems. You will work intensively together with our global sites and distribution centers.
Essential Responsibilities:
As the planning workstream owner, the role primary accountability is driving SCOT and Inventory optimization as key outcomes. You will drive your own initiatives and you will act as the escalation person for other planners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Animation of the material managers community
• ASCP functional owner
• Managing the planning improvement requests priorities and interfacing with IT teams to get implementation
• Approving Bio prod and VCP responsibilities
• Supporting major projects with planning implications
• Approving all data loads
• Linking with order management team
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelors degree and some supply chain experience or HS diploma and strong supply chain experience
• Proven ability to drive change initiatives in a matrix environment
• Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change
• Analytical person and capability to present in front of senior leadership in review meetings
