To uphold and drive the processes, as well as verifying both processes and tools within Master Data management. The focus being as efficient as possible with the maintained high data quality. Your primary tool for this will be MDM Infosphere.
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
• - Drive the development and usage of IBM InfoSphere. Including taking the role as business application manager for IBM InfoSphere
• - MDM responsible in software development projects where IBM InfoSphere is involved
• - Establish principles and guidelines for MR Master Data end-to-end
• - Support the decision process in MDM Council (or equivalent) with proposals and recommendations for process alignment and improvement.
• - Perform quality checks of Master Data for all ERPs on MR level
Do you have a can-do attitude and are looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a high-potential individual to become our newest team member. In this role you will work on securing our master data quality within the Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation business area (MR), from the creation of a part to updating part master data at our sales companies.
The MR MDM team is responsible for improving master data by working with processes and integration of our master data tool IBM InfoSphere. Thus enabling correct and easy to consume master data across the Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation business area.
Personality
You have a clear interest in master data management and are passionate about the correctness of master data. You have the ability to combine technical knowledge with business opportunities. Furthermore, you are outgoing, driven, structured and a team player.
Knowledge and Experience
• - University degree in a relevant field like engineering, production or service
• - Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential
• - At least 3 years of relevant experience from master data management or similar
• - Experience from designing and improving processes
• - Experience from ERP and PLM systems, preferably from M3 and Teamcenter
• - Previous work with master data tools is preferred preferably IBM InfoSphere
• - Experience to drive projects in an international environment
• - Well organized and able to operate independently
• - A certain amount of travel will be required in the role
