Master Data Application Specialist
Lynk & Co is seeking a Master Data application specialist to functioning End-to-End processes in our Digital Platform. Lynk & Co's business model is depending on digital platform and data driven mindset where it is critical to maintain accuracy of its master data. The Master Data Application Specialist will support data management, governance, and quality of master data with other functional data owners to ensure master data integrity across the Operational processes in Digital Platforms. Master Data Specialist will provide stewardship for master data by enforcing the global data governance design of the Company for Material, Inventory, Services, Logistics, Sales and Financial master data as assigned by business function. This role is responsible for ensuring relevant master data attribute are developed in ERP platform and sync between others connected systems supporting commercial operation.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes EU wide responsibility hence can require occasional travel.

What you'll do

In this role you will serve as the subject matter expert for master data processes, and partner with cross-functional team members on master training. You will guide and support business owners to define data ownership across business processes in relevant systems. Some other key responsibilities are:

• Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
• Manage and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data and regulatory standards.
• Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the organization is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
• Work closely with the business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
• Conduct data cleansing processes to keep data up to date, eliminating or deactivating old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
• Generate reporting, as required
• Serve as a single point of contact by providing domain competence of order and distribution management digital capabilities for vehicle , after market and merchandise product
• Serve as the subject matter expert when it comes to master data structure, sources, and processes of integration with SAP
• Participate in implementation of system changes
• Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

What you should have

• Domain competence of Master data in ERP platform, including SAP Business Partner, Material Master Data, financial master data and its relationship structure
• Experience with Automotive order and distribution management ERP domain / Automotive supply chain
• Experience in Master Data management
• Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
• Tech-Savvy with good understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
• Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
• Ability to take a long-term perspective yet understand the "devil in the details".
• Fluency in English - both oral and written
• Experience working in multicultural environment and especially with China is beneficial
• Ability to travel
