Framtidståget has also ca15 employees. Framtidståget has both a professional and a non-profit branch of work, dealing with social treatment work and humanitarian projects. Our core value is to consider all people as individuals with same rights and obligations.
• You will be responsible for marketing and visibility of our organization
• You have to lead the marketing group and decide about the main marketing strategy for the organization
• You have to work with our homepage, social media tools etc. and deal with IT issues
• You have to project and design marketing materials, such as brochures, posters etc.
• Dealing with the IT issues, You will at the same time be responsible for improving the communication in the organization (using online tools)
• You have to cooperate closely with the project department of the organization, helping to organize international projects with the focus on their visibility
Position Requirements
• Experience of work in the marketing sphere, including internet marketing and social media
• Advanced verbal/written communication skills in English, good skills in Swedish, preferably also in Russian
• Experience of participation/organization of international youth projects, knowledge about Erasmus+ and other European grants
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office package (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), software for raster and vector design, programmes for task-planning, Wordpress and preferably Axure or other prototype creating programmes
• Understanding of current marketing trends (channels, methods)
• Experience of work in an NGO
