About the assignment
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to work cross-functional with our client's accelerate program within digital marketing and their online safety initiatives.
The assignment is planned to start as soon as possible and will continue for at least 12 months. You will work as a consultant, employed by Barona and it is a full-time position based in Stockholm city center. Our client is a world leading search engine with an excellent brand and employer reputation.
This is what you will do
You will work with a broad range of internal and external partners to execute on programs, activities and deepen relationships. We are looking for a strong communicator and project manager with an eye for detail, passionate about learning and teaching, always looking for new opportunities to further evolve the program. You will work closely together with internal teams within Marketing, PR, Policy and other key stakeholders and external partners.
You will also be a member in the Brand Marketing team and advocate for privacy and security controls, building positive relations with users. The role involves telling our client's privacy and security controls story in Sweden and other Northern European markets, scaling central initiatives to our markets, developing a deep understanding of the different challenges and opportunities across the region, as well as creating and implementing user insights from research.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute marketing strategies and manage the relationship with internal teams
• Deliver end to end support for initiatives and events
• Business development and outreach to local organizations to collaborate on the accelerate program
• Track effectiveness and channel mix to constantly improve ROI and track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Work with the Trust lead to develop local initiatives to tell our privacy & security controls story and scale global and EMEA initiatives to our markets
Skill/Experience/Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in marketing and project management
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Swedish (native/mother tongue) and English (fluent)
More about You
It's a big plus if you have a proven track record of effectively delivering multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment and can demonstrate strong analytical skills to analyse campaign results. You should also have experience in online marketing and strong collaboration and communication skills - You are a passionate leader that build strong collaborative partnerships.
