We are looking for a Marketing project manager to our marketing communications department in Karlskrona.
The Market Communications department is globally responsible for the production of all Roxtec's market communication. We manage the Roxtec brand and develop and create all marketing material, concepts and digital content for our corporate functions as well as our subsidiaries. Our main target is to help our prospects and customers find, understand, prefer and use Roxtec solutions.
As a Marketing project manager at Roxtec, you will be responsible for managing both large and small projects as well as for prioritizing among ongoing productions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and manage project scopes, schedule and external costs
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report in a timely manner
• Manage multiple projects with smart prioritization of tasks and deliverables
• Identify possible operational issues and work to prevent them
• Edit and manage digital content in our digital channels
• Coordinate translations and ensure optimized processes
• Handle backlog for the team
• Track and follow KPIs and deliver detailed reports
Skills
• Experience of project management related to marketing, digital and print
• Proven skills from content management, content marketing and digital communication
• Experience in digital environments and social media
• Experience from, and a genuine interest in market communication, preferably within B2B
• Flexible, humble and open to continuous changes and development
• Ability to overview larger projects, plan, allocate resources and deliver against a fixed deadline
Qualifications
• Relevant education within project management focusing on marketing and digital communication
• At least 5 years of work experience (project management, marketing, digital communication)
• Common knowledge in agile working methods
• Common knowledge in working with digital communication (web, social media, Google analytics)
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
You are service-minded with good capabilities to prioritize tasks and make decisions. With a clear goal and direction, you are able to handle a variety of different types of tasks in the daily work. You have a positive attitude and a natural drive. Speed, simplicity and flexibility are keywords for us at Roxtec and they should feel natural also for you.
