hela Sverige As our Marketing Planning manager your role is to lead the commercial and marketing planning process and plan. You are also leading a small team of Brand & Marketing Leads who are responsible for the 360 execution of the plan.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Build the plan based on consumer and cultural insights, brand and business objectives and marketing budget prioritisations.
• Steer key priorities and commercial belief alignment across Design & Buying, Brand & Marketing and Sales.
• Optimize way of working and develop processes, tools and methods for an efficient planning process as well as an effective execution and follow-up of the plan.
• Make sure the global plan is communicated to and implemented by the local teams as well as making sure local input is collected to be able to maximize local relevance within global plan and execution.
• Lead, develop and motivate your team of Brand & Marketing Leads.
Qualifications
We see that you are a great team player with strong communication skills, being able to communicate directions in a clear and engaging way. You have excellent planning skills with the ability to work pro-active while being structured and organized. Finally, your coaching leadership style supports and motivates your team to reach strong results.
We also see that you have:
• Previous experience within Marketing Management, Strategic Project Management or Commercial planning.
• Knowledge of how to build and orchestrate commercial/brand and marketing calendar and plans.
• Knowledge of full marketing and media mix and how to create impact with communication and marketing.
• Strategic and analytical skills, ability to translate insights and strategies into action.
• Strong leadership skills
