We are looking for a Marketing Operation Specialist to join our ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD). The division has its headquarters in Uppsala and develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy diagnostics and also the European leader in autoimmunity
THE ROLE
Are you looking to combine your people skills with your ability to manage global marketing collateral, organise execute events? We help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner and safer and we are now looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist.
In this dynamic role you with be given a wide range of responsibilities related to digital marketing asset management and events planning. You will be the key organiser of both internal and external events and responsible for working directly with stakeholders and marketing materials related to these events.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on digital asset marketing management and Events management.
Event Management
Arranging VIP customer visits, being responsible for organising IDD's participation at tradeshows/congresses and also large internal meetings.
Marketing
• Automated approval process management of new materials and existing assets
• Digital Asset Management Portal: Primary administrator
• Handling Vendors and Agencies: You will be the primary relationship owner of the pool of preferred third party agencies and vendors across the entire Marketing Organization within IDD.
• Ensure compliance interactions with third parties and HCPs for marketing programs, speaker programs, advisory boards, and consulting agreements.
• Aligning functions and accountabilities with the annual operating plan budget
IS THIS THE ROLE FOR YOU?
In order to succeed in this should ideally:
• Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, or something similar subject area
• Enjoy working in an international environment and be able to work cross-functionally in a company.
• Have experience of project/process management within marketing and work with events planning in some form
• Have a strong work ethic and be driven as a person
• Be as comfortable working in teams as you are working independently
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.

• Speak and write English fluently
