* Amplifying Brand impact in the local market, in compliance with Group Brand guidelines
* Maximizing external impact and engagement, in support of strategic Global and local market positioning objectives
* Creating and promoting client centricity, in support of global and local business targets
* Fostering internal alignment and engagement among employees
We are looking to strengthen our M&C team with a Marketing and Communications Manager. In the role you will work closely with the business:
* To support events in Sweden. You will own an event calendar for Sweden, agreed with Head of Nordics Events and local business sponsors, and you will coordinate end to end marketing support for events from pre-event campaigns, invitation, pushing invitations, thru to post-event follow up within marcom scope.
* To support external PR in Sweden, by working closely with the Head of Nordics External Comms and PR
* To support Employer Branding, by working closely with local HR and also person coordinating employer branding for the Nordics
* To support internal communications in Sweden, by working closely with Head of Nordics internal comms to the extent necessary locally, which means localizing global info and assets and inform regional internal comms of local needs.

* 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
* Relevant academic degree
* Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
* Ability to articulate and influence, with colleagues and managers
* Ability to prioritize, focus and balance the workload in a dynamic and virtual environment
* Needs to be flexible in how things will be organized
* Needs to be able to create distance and be assertive, control intake
* Active connector between local needs/vendors and Nordic structure

The role is full-time, and based in Stockholm office. As Sweden Marketing and Communications Manager you will report to the Marketing Director at Capgemini Sweden/Nordic. You will be part of the Swedish and Nordic Marketing & Communications-team. Travel on occasional basis will be required.
