The role
As the Marketing & Communications Assistant you will support our Communications team as well as our Sales team in developing and implementing a marketing strategy to grow in our markets. You will communicate with clients, users and media outlets and you will provide customer service on a highly professional scale to help drive results. You will create online content and participate in projects to improve our image worldwide.
You'll be working alongside our passionate and talented international team, based at EMG 's headquarters in Stockholm, who face exciting prospects and interesting challenges on a daily basis. Ambition, drive and great ideas help us reach our goals!
Responsibilities
• Assisting the communications department with the development of a marketing strategy
• Supporting our sales team with corporate level communication to clients
• Providing customer service and member services to our audience on a daily basis
• Developing our member services to bring more value to users
• Creating online content for our websites as part of the marketing strategy
• Building relationships with media outlets to develop our international presence
Who are we looking for?
• You are educated to a bachelor degree level in marketing and communication
• You have a passion for communication
• You have experience of customer service
• You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Swedish is not a requirement)
• You are a people person and have great interpersonal skills
• You are structured, organized and can manage your time effectively
• Knowledge of the North American market is desirable
