As an ideal candidate, you have proven marketing management experience in a leading digital marketing company and scaled marketing & communication operations across multiple markets. Your organizational and communication skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries.
Responsibilities
Drive growth and market share in SHG markets covering all countries in the Nordics
Implement the global marketing strategy on a local basis securing that targets as well as KPIs are being met
Plan and implement all local marketing activities including events, direct marketing & merchandising, award support as well as PR related content pieces to lift up the brand awareness for SHG in your dedicated markets
Challenge and support our sales teams to acquire and retain clients
Globally advise on how best to deal with competition
Use your experience and data-driven approach to influence our regional marketing teams towards marketing excellence
Plan, monitor and report marketing budget for local markets
Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships within ShowHeroes Group as well as external partners and contacts
Profile
You studied marketing or business - or similar qualification
2+ years of relevant marketing experience
Broad knowledge of marketing communications and in specific digital marketing (video, display, mobile, social, SEM, ...) incl. marketing automatization
Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and present your approach in a clear way
Ability to work with different internal and external stakeholders
