www.absortech.comFor a few years, our current CMO Elsa Jiménez, has been working hard on creating the foundation of the marketing part to fulfil Absortech's growth-orientated strategy. The infrastructure for our digital marketing is made.
Now, as Elsa has decided to return to her beloved Barcelona, we are looking for her successor to leverage on the platform built. So, what we need now is more of a digitally experienced 'doer' rather than a marketing strategist.
Publiceringsdatum2021-02-12ArbetsuppgifterThe main tasks for our new Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist will be to:
• Drive and optimize our digital lead generation process and platform
• Educate the salesforce in how to master our various digital tools and processes
• Plan and produce content marketing material for promotional purposes (images, short videos, reports, insights)
• Manage relations with different marketing agencies (content creation, web development, branding, PPC and Chinese marketing)
• Regularly reporting important metrics across general business performance and specific marketing activities
You will be reporting to Absortech Group Head of sales (CEO). You will be based at the headquarter in Falkenberg, at least two days per week and remaining time you can work from home office if preferred. The job includes trips 3-4 times a year to one of our regions worldwide.
ProfilWe assume a background with a minimum of 5 years in a leading marketeer role and below cornerstones are probably needed for the role:
• Strong knowledge about CRM and Marketing Automation tools
• Execute PR and Social media strategy
• Strong knowledge about LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of the environment Office 365
• Basic Wordpress skills to update and maintain the multilingual website. SEO and SEM knowledge
• Advanced knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop is a plus
• Experienced in video production
• Fluent in English, our corporate language. Spanish, German, Chinese or French would be a plus.
