Rhubarb Media is a small startup that was established in 2013 and is a leading provider of in-sourced sales solutions. After solidifying two major clients one in the luxury sector and another one in events, we are looking for a new marketing and brand manager.
Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the developing and execution of all Rhubarb Media marketing activities. This is an exciting and fast moving role, where the right person really can make a huge impact!
In This Role You Will
• Plan , develop and execute the Rhubarb Media?s marketing strategy in the nordic regions.
• Drive the social media content and engagement with our target consumers
• Implement creative and highly measurable social media programs / campaigns
• Analyse performance of each campaign to measure impact, and adjust future campaigns based on performance / key learning
• Manage marketing budget, forecast sales and investment needs in marketing including ROI

• Able to create and tell big stories with extensive reach using small-sized budgets
• Experience in working with and managing Agencies, PR, Merchandising and Creative
• Excellent communicator, motivator and team player with high intrinsic motivation
• Deep understanding of digital media and the rapid changes to media consumption
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written with deep understanding of the region's cultures and media landscape
