As the Lead Producer in our marketing team you will work on already existing products such as Toca Life World but also yet to be released gaming experiences. Your focus will be on maximizing the organizational effectiveness of Toca Boca's marketing. You'll get to build up an operational model pretty much from scratch.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the operational right-hand to our Head of Marketing, Maria. You'll guarantee that we have a well functioning marketing organization (People, process, organization) that is set up to deliver on the priorities of Marketing and Toca Boca. You'll be responsible for the overall Marketing Roadmap and its delivery and also for the overall budget for marketing and monthly financial tracking process.
You'll set the operating model for marketing for Toca Boca with the goal of creating a plan based on studio centralized priorities and resulting dependencies on marketing as well as the department's own ambition.
You'll collaborate with the other Lead Producers, Marketing Leads, external agencies, key stakeholders and our owner Spin Master, to ensure marketing strategies and activities are synched with relevant teams and stakeholders to make sure smooth and effective implementation.
You'll manage the long term and short term staffing and update together with the rest of the studio on a monthly basis.
Is this you?
You have experience working with several marketing disciplines such as content production, performance marketing, brand marketing etc. You've had the role of producer, project manager or production manager - you know how to lead teams, people and setting processes.
You have experience leading other leads, coaching them to be the best they can be and help facilitate their work. You enjoy helping teams stay organized and help them resolve any tasker blockers.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6 months probationary period. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
