We are in an expansive phase and are looking for a someone to join our team at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. You will be welcomed into an international team coming from various technical backgrounds, working with a handful of different projects both locally and internationally while combining strategical, creative, and management skills every day.

We are looking for a person who is excited to take on current and new projects, has great multitasking skills, and is not afraid to try unexplored tasks to generate new learnings on a personal and organizational level. It is essential to have great time-management skills, have a creative and problem-solving mindset, and be able to account for the details as well as the bigger picture through a strategical and analytical perspective to succeed in this role.
What you will do
As the marketing executive, you will be a part of the Business Development team and report to our Global Business Development Manager. In your role, you will be responsible for all marketing activities and projects in the company and any marketing projects we have with external partners. You will gather decision-making information and analyze them to create or enhance marketing strategies for all our physical and digital communication platforms, be a project manager, create and manage campaign content, perform budgeting plans, be the prime point of contact with international stakeholders related to marketing, responsible for material purchases, and work with international event management.
Your main tasks include:
Content management and internal coordination that updated marketing material is accessible to everyone.
Creation of marketing content for both digital and physical materials.
Management of current content and making sure it is updated
Contact and database management
Tracking and segmenting all our audiences
Maintaining a clean contact database
Campaign management and analyzing performance data to optimize our marketing efforts and impact.
Email campaigns
Social media campaigns
Website management
Managing our HubSpot CRM-system, controlling all data- and information flows, internal usage and support of the platform, and user/team management.
International event management and planning for industry fairs, conferences, and student fairs.
Independent project and task management for marketing related activities.
Manage the marketing budget and oversee marketing material purchases.
Managing your small team (1-2 individuals).


Requirements
Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Marketing, International Marketing, or other related fields like Business Administration, Business Strategy, or other equivalent area.
2-5 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in managing a small team (1-2 individuals).
Project management skills and ability to work in high speed and changing environment.
Ability to gather marketing data, analyze marketing data, and propose strategical solutions and improvements.
Creative capabilities to generate campaign materials for highly technical content both in written and visual form.
Has strong problem-solving skills and can create/improve strategies and SOPs, and implement them on an organizational level.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Extensive experience in HubSpot, especially marketing and sales professional.
Experience in Office 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).


Good knowledge to have
Experience in video marketing and video creation.
Experience in web content, media, and domain management.
Experience in international and multicultural business settings and team management.
Other language skills on native or professional level.
