Renault Nordic AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renault SAS in Paris, started in 2007 in the Nordic countries. Renault S.A. has a long history and tradition back in time, from 1898. Since 2008 Renault Nordic AB market and distributes cars, light commercial vehicles, spare parts and after sale services with operations of its own.
Overall job purpose
To support dealers and helpdesk by ensuring that car ordering are possible and support distribution team on production planning and sales forecasting. Work closely with our suppliers and transporters on logistical flows.
Job description and responsibilities
Respond to all the inquires from the commercial network concerning: the status of new vehicles, the situation on ordering and constrains as well as changes in and use of the distribution information system.
Elaborate production planning of vehicles to ensure good level of supply
Follow-up the supply of vehicles; open the possibility to order for dealers when new models/ versions are introduced; Recommend and develop initiatives regarding development of the distribution system and process. Train dealers in case of new systems or processes linked with distribution and follow stock levels and ageing. Also plan and follow invoices and transportation / preparation of cars.
Qualifications
Motor Industry experience gained through working in a field or commercial role is essential.
A proven understanding of marketing logistic flows as well as experience from service industry
PC literate (especially in Excel, Access is a plus)
Customer oriented
Numerate and analytical
Ability to handle stressful situations
