Avalanche Studios and its subsidiary Expansive Worlds are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to work with our self-published titles - including theHunter Classic, theHunter: Call of the Wild, as well as future titles.

The Position
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with the production of marketing assets and assisting the Marketing Manager and Executive Producer with a variation of tasks. For example the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for following up and gathering data around marketing activities and will work closely with internal and external teams in order to execute on global marketing efforts.

You have the ability to think proactively and tactically and you are used to delivering results within a fast-paced environment against hard deadlines, so you need to be able to prioritize and communicate well. Your passion for videogames, and the gaming industry in general, is of vital importance and we expect you to be engaged, and on fire, about new games and trends.

At Avalanche Studios our day-to-day is ever changing so to fit our needs you need to be a well-organized and flexible person with lots of creative ideas. Since we're a lean team each role comes with a lot of responsibility and a lot of freedom, so we expect you to be autonomous and a quick learner. This position is part of the Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager with coordination, planning and execution of marketing activities across all games titles, both pre and post launch
Partner with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders, including the development teams, to drive marketing efforts
Create visual assets - ads, banners, screenshots - for social media, websites, emails, online marketing efforts and more
Manage product websites and make sure all content is up-to-date
Assists Marketing Content Creator in approving external marketing assets, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed
Monitor and report effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and compile data for presentations and reports
Project manage major events and trade shows in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Take part in - and help plan - weekly live streams on Twitch

Required Qualifications
1+ year of working with digital marketing, community management, or equivalent
Great Photoshop skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of business processes and systems
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated
Team player
Passionate about video games

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience from marketing within the videogames industry
Academic background in marketing, business administration or similar
Basic InDesign skills
Additional language(s) on a native level
