This is an opportunity for a creative and results-oriented marketer to carve out the brand of a Swedish tech company with a proprietary product and huge market potential.
Being a small company in a phase of building operational excellence the scope of work tasks and area of responsibility is wide. Starting with a blank page, a unique technology and a great team the mission is to cover everything from building brand awareness, to support the sales force with event management and producing sales collaterals. Typical first project would be to develop our next website. Crucial for this position is the art of turning technical lingo into beautiful copy.
You will work closely with Sales and Customer Support to align the marketing activities with the overall business objectives. As Marketing Communications Manager you will be the one and only marketing professional reporting to Head of Sales. As sales take off we will most likely strengthen the marketing team with more marketing colleagues.
Some of the tasks and area of responsibility - Drive and implement marketing communications strategy
• Drive brand and product positioning
• Produce content for digital, print and events
• Liaising with agencies and designers to generate creative ideas and campaigns
Qualifications to apply for this position - Experience in the key elements of brand building and positioning
• Technically skilled in English-language copywriting
• Ability to drive and implement ideas
• Experience from tech industry and complex products with global reach and long sales cycles
• Experience from supporting global sales organization and distributor network
• Adobe Creative Suite basic skills
• Degree in marketing communications / Degree in engineering with further education in marketing communications
