Headquartered in Solna, Sweden, the Business Unit Maquet Critical Care AB (MCC) is looking for a motivated MarCom professional to join our marketing department full-time for a 6 months period with potential extension, and help us promote our products and solutions for ventilators and advanced monitoring offerings.
Your main responsibilities as MarCom Manager are:
• Full process responsibility for planning, creation, production, publication and translation of marketing communication material and activities, such as:
brochures, event concepts, ads, PPTs, web content, images, digital marketing campaigns, all new content and all updates across all media, print and online in the area of your responsibility
• Support development of market communication and activity plan.
• On an operational level: marketing messaging, copy writing, photo shootings, certain layouting tasks etc.
• Publication on and maintenance of our internal and external channels for marketing information and materials: maquet.com, criticalcarenews.com, getingegroup.com, MPower, image bank (MediaBin), Maquet Youtube and LinkedIn pages.
• General infrastructural updates of these tools
• Support updates in our showrooms: exhibition content and activities for all products of MCC
• MarCom support for the "Advanced Monitoring" business area
You will be working in a team with two more MarCom Managers and directly reporting into the Director Marketing Communications.
Your work experience: You have worked for 3 - 5 years as project manager in marketing communications, as program manager or similar. Ideally, you bring with you experience in peer-to-peer marketing for medical devices or the healthcare industry in general.
As a marketing professional, your in-depth experience in marketing communications processes makes dealing with agencies, photographers and different media efficient and successful. You know how to tailor a marketing message to the point and communicate it appropriately with the help of all media, while digital marketing is one of your specialties.
Your skill set:
• BA or master degree in marketing / media studies / communications / equivalent
or appropriate work experience
• Ideally copy writing certificate or proven experience
• Ideally project management training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CMS
• Ideally you are bilingual in Swedish and English, but at least native in one, and proficient in the other language.
Personally, you are:
• A very efficient communicator with great organizational skills (well-structured working style)
• Cost consciousness and therefore achieve optimal results while staying within budget
• Eager to stay on top of new communication trends and findings
• Seeing colleagues as internal customers, showing a strong support-attitude
• A friendly and result-oriented "tower of strength" during stressful times
