• Structure and work on the CEJ stories and tasks
• Ensure continuous touchpoint improvements aligned with CEJ strategy
• Ensure data-driven decision making & prioritization
• Commit to sprint scope
Responsibilities
• Deliver valuable content and tools with the CEJ team towards aligned prioritized backlog - Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Structure and work on the CEJ stories and tasks
• Ensure continuous touchpoint improvements aligned with CEJ strategy
• Help define activities from make / break moments
• Estimate story complexity
• Commit to sprint scope
• Break down stories->tasks
• Progress follow up
• Develop branded touchpoints
• Ensure data-driven decision making & prioritization: Secure consistent CEJ tracking and performance measurement of all activities
• Help educating all local CEJ related stakeholders in the way of working and follow the aligned priorities based on consumer needs. Involve stakeholders in the improvements measures
• Unblock teams with regards to problems with the agile way of working
• Initiate local improvement activities based on insights to improve the local CEJ performance from a consumer and business perspective along the CEJ
• Elevate agile skills and maturity
• Demonstrate outcome to stakeholders - reviews, touchpoint owner alignments, planning board, REU/Global share & re-apply forums
• Feedback loop to HQ CEJ teams & REU CEJ Team Experts
Capabilities
• Deep market data and consumer knowledge ideally including a broad range of market research tools
• 3 years of experience in marketing. Preferably in consumer products within the Nordic countries.
• Experience in using agile methods and successful transformations to new ways of collaboration across functions considered a plus
• Excellent presentation skills with a clear focus on decision-making and the key recommendations for action.
• Strategy vision and focus on business development
• Strong collaboration/ communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders, sought-after networker & partner
• Analytical, planning, and negotiation skills
• Committed to creating any aspect of a usable Increment each Sprint
• Ability to provide purpose, commitment, and transparency as well as setting clear expectations
