There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in the Nordics right now and our goal is to fill these spaces with amazing pop up experiences. 1/10 spaces globally are estimated to be empty. Retail is currently going through a transformation and we at xNomad believe that pop-up is the future of retail.
We've been working with innovative and exciting brands such as Voi, Yaytrade, House of Dagmar, Husky, Vanmoof and Bergamotte. We've been funded by STING, Almi Invest VC and Antler. We have raised three rounds of capital and are currently in a stage of rapid growth. We are also part of the global WeWork Labs network.
Working closely with the founders, you will be a vital part of our team. Your role will be included in the inner circle as we're still a small company in significant growth. You will get great insights into the way of running a successful startup. Through this role you will gain broad experience from the fields of business development, sales, marketing and communications to enter any fast-paced work environment.
The Position
As a marketing Associate, you will be involved in the development of the marketing, branding and communications strategy and you will provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing these strategies. Through this role you will practice broad experience in the fields of marketing and communications and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Be based in Stockholm and have overall responsibility for all marketing activities for all our Nordic markets
Manage and steer the performance of our day-to-day marketing activities
Work with internal teams and consultants to create outreach material
Think of new and exciting ways to help brands vizulize their pop-up experience.
Work closely with the Head of Growth to set overall strategy and targets for the market performance and development
Leverage data and analytics to optimise key metrics around customer acquisition.
Campaigns - Assist in the creation of signage, mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
Create and grow monthly CRM newsletters using Hubspot
Social Media - Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns.
Assist CEO in content creation when required
Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content to come up with new creative marketing ideas
Manage PPC campaigns using Google Adwords
Create monthly reports measuring key KPIs for xNomad's performance in sales and marketing
