Avitec has recently joined with AFL (Aerial Facilities Limited) of the UK. The group is therefore looking for a MARKETING ASSISTANT who will, together with our Group Marketing Manager and our graphical designer, develop, implement and manage our marketing activities.
Key activities include exhibitions, direct marketing campaigns, seminaries, producing sales collateral and production and ongoing updates of our homepage. You will be expected to travel up to 30 days a year to various exhibitions that the group participates in.
The role consists of the following tasks:
• Coordinate, maintain and update the web site
• Maintain the marketing collateral
• Organize the group's participation in exhibitions
• Assist on site at exhibitions
• Organize the distribution of newsletters, invitations to exhibitions and other information for our customers
Required skills and experiences:
• You are structured and self-motivated and have good social skills.
• You have some relevant marketing experience.
• Since our customers are based internationally, excellent written and spoken English language skills are a must.
• Confident user of the MS Office package.
• You are flexible and understand the importance of being service minded.
• Experience from working in graphical programs.
