The company is located in the heart of Malmö, Sweden, and has 134 employees from all over the world. the position is in the CRM team - a part of the Marketing & Design department. The primary role of the CRM team is to analyse, plan and execute email send outs and other CRM related tasks to our customer base across countries.
Key responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant you will be supporting your colleagues in regard to a broad variety of tasks.The primary tasks are:. Setting up emails in our email system (SmartFocus). This means you will be importing and setting up the different graphical elements, prepared from the design department. This includes
setting up links for each element and tracking codes for prober tracking in Google Analytics
o No hands on experience with SmartFocus or Google Analytics required
• Proofread and test. Making sure the email looks as planned and all links are directed to the correct landing page
• Segmentation and timing. Select planned segments for each email and schedule the sent out in the email system
• Support. There will be a variety of support tasks as well. Examples: Help out collecting prices for
products used in emails, create voucher codes, collect and report performance data and other ad hoc assignments
Your qualifications
• Short or medium long marketing education
• Ideally previous experience with online marketing
• Detail-oriented and with a high accountability
• Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• No 'tech-fear'
• Fluent in one of following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German or Finnish
• Self-driven and independent
• Business and customer focused
