About the Service
ProcureWise AB was established and started operation in the year 2020, with chains of partners across logistices and manufacturing companies for various products. Their range is wide and consist of goods and services in physical store and E-commerce. One of ProcureWise's most central core values that permeates their corporate culture is the importance of being perceived as credible, safe delivery and friendly services toward their customers.
ProcureWise AB is now looking for Marketing Assistant who will work with the manager as campaign administration for customer acquisition for the company. The start is immediate and the assignment is expected to extend until further notice for the right person.
Tasks
In the role of Marketing Assistant, your duties will consist of:
• Creating of ProcureWise AB campaigns and promotional systems.
• Control and quality assurance of items that are planned and registered on a campaign, reaching out to potential customers and pitching the company's services, and report manager on weekly basis on KPI.
• Collaboration with several departments and roles within the company such as marketing, IT, sales, category managers and campaign strategists
• Troubleshooting and managing issues that arise in campaign at the article level.
We are looking for you as:
• Has post-secondary education in an area relevant to the position, for example economics, market or similar
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Possess good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you
• Has previous experience of working in E-commerce
• Has previous experience of campaign and promotional work
For this service, we attach great importance to your personal abilities. We are looking for you who are easy to learn and can get into work quickly. Furthermore, we see that you can work well both in a group and independently and that you have a good sense of accuracy and structure.
Other information
• Start: Immediately, preferably before 5 April
• Scope: Full-time, flexible office hours, can also work remotely.
