We are building a SaaS content moderation platform, with best-in-class automation capabilities (rules, machine learning and computer vision) a powerful user interface for human moderation and a dashboard of actionable statistics to help our clients grow.
Now we are looking for a super organized Marketing Assistant with Google analytics experience to join the team in our Stockholm office, Hornstull.
What will you do?
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the marketing manager and assist in creating and running data driven lead generating activities. The marketing assistant will report to the Content Marketing Manager. The person will liaise closely with product and sales departments.
What are your main responsibilities?
• Manage our social media channels.
• Project lead execution of the event strategy set by the marketing manager and CMO.
• General marketing admin: Ordering business card, setting up newsletters, in collaboration with the designer and the marketing department.
• Set up and manage dashboards and tracking in Google Analytics and other tools such as HubSpot and Intercom.
• Schedule monthly planning meetings, take meeting notes and follow up.
• Website maintenance, update with new copy, work with 3rd party providers and in-house resources to address bugs and non-working features.
• Generally assist the marketing manager in the day to day work.
