hela Sverige We are looking for a person who will facilitate and support the administrative processes in the day-to-day operations- and business flow at the Marketing & Sales department based at our HQ in Lund. Your work and responsibility covers internal and external interactions world-wide and is conducted according to TFS policies and the working guidelines. The position is full-time and you will report to the Director Commercial Operations Europe.
The main responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant will include:
= Responsible for assisting the M&S team with general administration
= Responsible for updating and maintaining the CRM database
= Responsible for the administration and archiving of Legal Agreements
= Responsible for collecting therapeutic area experience database
= Assisting the Marketing Coordinator in general marketing activities and events
Requirements/Qualifications:
= High degree of service-minded thinking both internally as well as externally
= Ability to work and function in an international environment
= Being able to have a sense of urgency in a flexible and quickly changing environment
= Good sense of order and structure
= High degree of responsibility
= Fluent in speaking and writing the English language
= Computer and software skills: PC and Microsoft Office package
