We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Professional.
Key performance areas
The Marketing and Communications Professional is responsible for supporting the global Marketing and Communications team in tasks related to SHM and our product accounts. The Marketing and Communications Professional will be a part of the development, creation and implementation of the Global brand and marketing strategy, as well as integrate in a new and dynamic marketing and communications team.
You will be responsible for different marketing and communication projects, from maintaining the company profile and brand image to producing core presentations and creating, maintaining and producing sales and promotional material for the local market and the group. Responsibilities include editing publications in print, web and other communications; coordinating, organizing and supporting meetings, exhibitions and other events; and writing copy as needed for web, print, presentations and other communications.
The position involves travelling, up to a maximum of 25% of the time.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with education primarily within marketing and/or administration and two to three years of experience from a similar position. Alternatively, you may have the equivalent knowledge acquired in a different manner. Knowledge of the Adobe Package is important but not totally necessary.
To be successful in the position of Marketing and Communications Professional, you must be an experienced, business-oriented marketer with good communication skills and good insight into, and understanding of, sales. Your personal work style needs to be that of a person who is highly motivated, able to work independently and willing to take responsibility. To be able to interact with all different parts of the organization you have to be self-going and a team player. All of the company's external communication, and much of the internal communication, is done in English, due to the company's international profile. For this reason, good knowledge of English is a requirement.
