The role
We are now recruiting a temporary Market Access Administrative Assistant to Business Unit Oncology, with the main task to assist and support the Market Access team. The position is based in our Scandinavian Headquarters in Täby, Stockholm, and serves as the backbone of the Market Access Department. In this role you will engage in various aspects of the market access operations, including pricing and health economic matters. The level of involvement and responsibility in each area will depend on the candidates capabilities. You will also be the production leader for Market Access materials and communication and external and internal meeting management
The candidate
Training in finance/business or similar competence gained by working experience is preferred. Ideally, the candidate has experience from project management in a commercial context. Fluency in Swedish and very good English skills are required (both written and oral) as well as excellent computer skills (Office 2007). Experience with invoice/purchase order handling in SAP or similar is meriting. Previous experience coordinating large costumer meetings and events and experience from working with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
