Job description
As our new MarCom Project Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and implementing marketing activities in the Swedish market within Print, Office, Packaging and Visual communication. There will be a mix of online and offline tasks, e.g.:
• Project manager on and development of the Swedish content plan and all SoMe channels plus ensuring execution.
• Creation and optimization of content for all digital platforms.
• Initiation of digital activities that can generate leads.
• Preparation and setup of landing pages.
• Development of videos, storyboards and customer cases.
• Monitoring and ROI analyses of online initiatives and campaigns.
• Systematic collection of data from digital platforms with the purpose of creating targeted activities via relevant channels.
• Development and implementation of offline materials and campaigns.
• Planning and co-ordination of events and fairs.
Many and diverse tasks will characterize your everyday, and you will be involved in the creation of creative and innovative digital campaigns that will play a part in strengthening and streamlining the online presence of Antalis.
In addition, you will be a key stakeholder in building the future Scandinavian SoMe approach, and you will be in contact with the rest of the people who are responsible for SoMe in the Antalis group. The position is based in Jordbro.
Your profile
You are a strong project manager, who finds new ways for online optimization, while at the same time being able to connect it to offline marketing. You are a team player, but you are simultaneously able to work independently with your own tasks.
You run your projects in a structured manner through the entire process - all the way from idea to follow-up. You keep your deadlines, and you pay attention to details, even though things are moving fast. You have a passion for online marketing and a good sense of what works. At the same time, you ensure that the projects are in line with the general strategy and marketing plan. Creating and maintaining relations come natural to you, and you have a positive approach to your environment and tasks.
We expect
You have a relevant higher education within marketing or communications and experience with social media in a BTB market. You love communicating, and you are creative in creating content.
Hopefully, you are familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and have a good understanding of SEO optimization - above all you know what it means to follow marketing activities through and track the results.
It will be an advantage if you know about marketing automation and e-commerce. You speak Swedish fluently, and it is important that you know English as well. It would also be beneficial if you understand the other Scandinavian languages.
