hela Sverige Production Engineering, Tuve is looking for a Manufacturing Technology Specialist (MTS) for Cab Trim Up to Dashboard
As MTS for Cab Trim Up to Dashboard you will coordinate a network of technology specialists located around the world within GTO. Main responsibility for the network is to ensure that we harmonize our processes according to best practice. You will be responsible for target setting and follow up to ensure that the network delivers according to plan. The role has global responsibilities and there will be opportunities to travel. You will be located in the Tuve Plant together with the rest of the production engineering crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support to plants
• Manage network of LTS
• Map competence within network and highlight training needs
• Within network coordinate improvements where alignment is needed and deviations exists between plants
• Drive and lead complex topics in problem solving
• Drive and lead process projects needed for the local plant
• Master process (Best practice of proposed process setup)
• Develop, document and maintain master processes
• Technology development
• Provide input and ideas to develop the technology roadmap
• Incorporate new Advanced Engineering topics into technology roadmap
• Project investigations
• Support Manufacturing Strategy Manager with input and pre-requisites for early phases of projects (PSR)

Experience and Competence
• Ability to learn fast

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and relevant work experience from that
• Basic product knowledge within Cab
• Technical interests
• University degree / MSc or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
