The Role
BearingPoint can offer you an employment in the exiting space where management consulting interacts with technology to help create innovative and result oriented solutions to our clients. While we serve clients locally you belong to a Nordic business unit and may tap into industry and solutions experts and excellence centers across Europe. The Swedish practice is a middle-sized company in growth where everyone is seen and heard and possibilities for influence and development are in your own hands.
BearingPoint is looking for experienced Managers that can join the Technology practice. Preferably you have a solid and wide competence in IT & technology transformations and an edge in one of the following areas:
• IT Strategy & Architecture
• IT Governance & Organization
• IT Sourcing & Service Management
• ERP Advisory & Application Transformation
• Managing large scale IT-programs
• IT M&A
• Data & Analytics
Who are you?
You have a relevant Master 's degree combined with 8+ years of professional experience from management consulting and expertise from various industries within technology. You show excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Swedish and English. Some of our projects are both local and international so travelling is sometimes required.
The successful candidate is a good team player with a high level of personal initiative combined with a strong client service orientation and can-do attitude. You show analytical capabilities and have a strategic mindset, as well as a natural talent for analysis and problem solving. Further, you have a strong business mind in combination with the ability to make things happen on the ground. As a person, you show great confident and you are enthusiastic and flexible.
You are capable to lead a delivery team consisting of 2-4 consultants and a corresponding client team of 4-10 people.
