An exciting opportunity has arisen as Manager Technical Support within Technical Support & Engineering, Global Customer Support division. The role will report directly to the Head of Technical Support & Engineering Manager.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced leader with a passion for engineering. You will manage a team of eleven direct reports located in Kristinehamn and coordinate two resources located in Poland. As a manager we expect you to create a stable work atmosphere and coordinate the team in the daily work. Your focus in the daily work will be on failure investigations and act as an escalation point related to technical aspects.
In this role, you are responsible for leading and instructing the team to provide with clear direction, coordination and inspiration. You ensure that adequate and good technical engineering support is delivered. You can analyse complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgements. As a Technical Support Manager, it is also important to co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience and information. It is also important to support and encourage the team in personal development and engagement.

Qualifications and experience
To best fulfil our needs and make this a perfect fit, you should have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in preferable field. You are driven by motivation and supporting other and can see the big picture. You understand the business and the customer's requirements and wishes. Given regular communication with both international customers and colleagues is a part of this role, a high level of both oral and written English is necessary. Travels may occur in this position.
