The systems architecture department is responsible for the overall electrical systems architecture in Scanias vehicles. We meet future needs with a clever system design and scalable architecture solutions.
Your role
As head of the hardware architecture group you lead a team of experienced systems architects working with the entire embedded systems development organisation. The group is in an initial phase where you and the team will set the working methods and interfaces to the rest of R&D. You will also recruit new team members that are needed to complete the team. You are a part of the systems architecture management team where you complement our other competences and experiences to create a creative and fun work environment.
Your profile
You are a highly motivated person with documented leadership skills that likes to cooperate and take responsibility and has experience from systems development. You are good at networking and are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
