As a Manager Supply Chain Integration for Capital Equipment, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence end to end as part of the OFCE process.
You will lead both the operational part of demand-, capacity- and order management in Sales & Operations Planning as well as the tactical and strategical improvement activities driven by the Supply Chain Management Pillar for the full Capital Equipment portfolio of filling machines, downstream equipment and various equipment related kits. The group includes a number of specialist functions contributing to our global networks in the areas of Logistics, Customs and Export Control.
Close collaboration with key functions in Clusters, central Product Management, R&D units, Factories and various internal organisations will be essential for the future success of the organisation.
In the role you will be leading a team of approximate 40 persons located in three different locations in Lund, Modena and Shanghai with 2 direct managers and a number of individual contributors
You yourself will report to the Director Operations and be a member of the Operations management team.
The position can be based either in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. The role requires travelling for about 20% of the working time.
Main responsibilities
• Balance demand and capacity to secure daily business and Real Customer Order Fulfilment
• Develop an agile and sustainable supply chain
• Eradicate supply chain constraints end to end
• Contribute to product development and vertical start up at customers
• Manage and develop our processes and tools as well as our digitalization transformation
Qualifications
We seek a candidate with a relevant University degree and critical functional competencies as well as proven leadership skills, excellent communication and ability to drive and implement change.
You are an open person who actively and generously share knowledge with others. The willingness to collaborate across borders as well as being motivated to drive our mission will be crucial in order to succeed.
You have a track record of driving change and have successfully built relationships with internal clients, colleagues, authorities and external partners. We expect you to be able to set clear priorities and to drive alignment and agreement to action.
You must be fluent both in written and spoken English.
