Parts Supply Chain (PSC) within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement a single proess from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As part of this organisation; Planning & Quality works to secure global availability and quality of parts to meet our customer requests.

We have a modern logistics platform serving customers all over the world from our Distribution Centers in Lund, Moscow, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is being a world class logistics provider.

We are looking for a Manager, Global Stock Management to manage the planning of our global network of spare part sites. Your main target is to secure high availability towards our customers and in the same time optimise the stock financially.

The team consist of six Supply Chain Analysts with focus to optimise the inflow of goods from suppliers. In collaboration with Supplier Management they secure high supplier delivery performance, optimal Lead-times and accurate forecasts.

In addition, two Global Inventory Specialists belongs to the team. They drive global availability by optimising our SAP based network planning system and setting up correct assortment for each site.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the Team in terms of budget & people as well as KPI measurements and performance management.
• Development of global stock management and planning of all Tetra Pak Global spare part stocks including demand management and analysis.
• In close collaboration with Supplier Management and suppliers secure supplier performance.
• Drive and participate in projects and activities related to parts stock management globally.
• Leading the global network of Planning Managers, who reports dotted into the role.

Qualifications

The successful candidate is self-motivated and can achieve results independently as well as in a team. You have a good level of business understanding and you are service-minded, used to work in a high pace. Furthermore, you are proactive, accurate with the ability to structure your work efficiently and you also have excellent communication skills.

We believe that you have a University degree or equivalent from relevant area as well as experience from successfully managing people. You have at least 5 years of Supply Chain experience with focus on planning. Experience from SAP/R3 is a plus. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
