www.abb.com/hvdc. Would you like to lead and develop a highly skilled team within Grid Integrations development organization? We are now looking for a person with management skills and experience of software development projects or equivalent. You will manage a team of 14 motivated co-workers in Ludvika and Västerås.
As Manager, Research & Development, Software Maintenance, your main mission will be to drive the Maintenance of all software for HVDC's technology platform MACHTM.
Additional tasks will include release handling and defect management in tools such as TFS and Sharepoint.
You have a solid background within software development and maintenance. As a manager, you strive to get the best out of your team, and to build a sustainable work environment. Given your knowledge, and interest in technology, and a focused way of working, you will contribute to driving the development and maintenance of our control & protection platform.
Swedish is a merit, while English coupled with the desire to learn Swedish is a requirement.
