Real Estate Services is looking for a Manager Real Estate, Facility Management - Region Gothenburg

Role:
The Manager Real Estate FM - Region Gothenburg is responsible for the delivery of the Real Estate services to all Volvo colleagues.

As Manager Real Estate FM you will manage a team of 7 employees, making sure that Real Estate services support the demands from AB Volvo, the Real Estate Strategy and the needs from the Business Areas and Truck Divisions. You will report directly to Director - Region Gothenburg.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Manage the team of Facility Management professionals
• Manage and control operating budget
• Lead and develop the region for Facility Management delivery
• Lead or participate in relevant forums with customers and suppliers
• Monitor and communicate RE's strategy, directives, policies and objectives
• Proactively work with the customers in the region and stimulate an effective teamwork
• Secure the quality of Real Estate delivery of service and products
• Apply Real Estate Services methods and procedures to create a positive relationship between all RE employees and customers
• Collect and manage the customers feedback on RE organization & supplier performance
• Specify and negotiate contracts for maintenance, consultants and services in cooperation with IPS and monitoring supplier performance
• Ensure effective performance management: set objectives, provide coaching and feedback and define individual development needs
• Keep an continuing dialogue with customers, suppliers and consultants, giving advice, proposals and project management services
• Analyse and prioritize among investment needs, prepare data for investment cases
• Keep the service level at a constantly high level

Required qualifications/skills:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of contract management
• Knowledge of finance
• Experience from purchasing of external services, project management, property operations and maintenance
• Good insight in the TD/BA operations and Volvo's policies, directives and guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Customer focused with a good understanding of customer needs and a strong drive to improve
• Fully proficient in Swedish and English
