Searching for a challenge?
As part of a close-knit and highly professional team, you will be responsible for the Mechanical team in an organization with new strategic objectives focusing on new ways of working with the goal to improve methods and routines. The group, which today consists of 10 employees + consultants, is responsible for design of pressure vessel and Loading Equipment.
The position:
In this position, you will interact and work cross functional within and outside the Getinge Sterilization organization. You 're expected to plan, drive, follow up and implement improvements, changes, strategies and other activities
You will be working in an organization with high focus on the end customer.
As a manager, you are responsible for:
• Develop employees and the group's skills
• Set and follow up on goals
• Ensure the department's capacity in relation to need
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Plan, allocate and follow up resources in projects
• Develop working methods and drive improvement work
Who are you?
You are a person who has good leadership qualities and is passionate about people and technology. You want to work in a team creating quality solutions and has a willingness to drive change. You should be results-oriented and structured. You have the ability to communicate efficiently.
To succeed in the job, it is important that you have a structured approach and are easy to work with.
You hold a Master of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design or similar.
Preferably, you have experience from working with mechanical design for Biotechnology and/or Hospital and health care but it 's not a must.

The position is located at our site in Getinge, Halmstad. You will be reporting to Manager for Design & Development
