We are looking for a Manager Logistics processes to join our team in Helsingborg. This role manages a team of 10 direct reports consisting of Solution Area Responsible as well as Process Leaders and Business Developers. Together you secure that the business processes within Retail Logistics that are depending on IT systems are developed both from a process perspective as well as the IT tool perspective so as to enable the IKEA retailers to grow their business and operate retail in an efficient way according to the IKEA Concept.

To be successful in this position you have:

• Solid IKEA retail logistics experience and extensive knowledge about retail business processes. You have most likely been working a number of years within IKEA retail. Preferably in more than one IKEA market.
• Background from Retail Supply Integration or from Retail Logistics Management is required.
• Preferred that you have built up a new market in the Logistics function and or participated in several store establishment projects
• Knowledge about IKEA core processes
• Certain knowledge about IT systems is a must. Experience in operating Navision or the IKEA Group retail IT platform is highly valued.
• Teaching skills and a pedagogic and articulate way of communicating is required.
• Experience in planning and performing presentations for larger groups is required.
• Leadership experience and ability to build a great team of people with expert knowledge in their area as well as promote co-operation in the organisation
• Building relationships and co-operate with people in different units and cultures

Furthermore you are used to work in a complex environment including stakeholders from many different organisations and you are respected and valued in your current position. We also trust that you can create synergy when working closely with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and establish a strong business relationship with all our retailers.
Of course you have a passion for retailing and home furnishing and are highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. Furthermore you are fluent in English, both written and verbal and you are prepared to travel above 50 days per year.

From our office in Helsingborg the department Retail Operation Solutions & Support (ROSS) are to develop and make available the complete retail IT platform for IKEA retailers worldwide. ROSS also support the IKEA retailers in business processes and application know-how.
