Are you a driven, analytical and process oriented leader with excellent communication skills?
We are looking for a leader who will work in a high-speed international network and environment. You will have a challenging opportunity to be a part of a new team, building an organisation and implement it from the beginning. You will enter a global role and work closely with all our Clusters and product areas, driving global alignment and coordination in the logistic area.
In this role, you will be leading through a network of people, in long term with few direct reporting resources.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden while you will work on a global arena.
Main responsibilities
• Global strategy and implementation of global improvements to develop the logistics function within Additional Materials into a world class function
• Global Logistics cost optimisation, monitor performance and drive global deployment, analysis and action plans to achieve targets across product areas
• Local Process Driver OFPM Logistics Process.
• Owner of logistics KPIs
• Part of the SCO Integrated Supply Chain Logistics network
• Ensure alignment across the Clusters on the strategy and execution of key project in logistics area.
• Member of WCM Supply Chain Master Pillar
• Responsible for Registered Exporter System (REX), Export control, and holding customs and duty expertise.
Qualifications
You have a university background and proven experience in the logistics field. You find it easy to work in a multicultural environment and you use your excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.
We value managerial experiences 3-5 years as a line manager, but also other managerial experiences can be considered.
You have a strong drive for results and processes with hands on experience of executing changes in a global environment.
You have deep WCM (Lean) knowledge and like to make a difference.
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated and flexible with an analytical mindset.
