Our mission is to be core in Scania's modern digital ecosystem through providing software and services within design and integration. We are now looking for a driven team player who will lead one of our integration teams.

Your Responsibilities
As a Group Manager, you will lead and support one of our four groups - the Integration Services Team. The team is responsible for providing the target integration capabilities, currently tools within API Management/Marketplace and Streaming. As Scania executes on our data-sharing strategy, the Integration Services Team is at the core of the sharing of this data throughout the organization. The teams' services are effective and efficient, easy to use, and enable a high business value. You ensure your teams' ability through coaching, mentoring, and feedback. You bring enthusiasm and have the skill to see people and their differences and possibilities. You will also help the team to develop innovative and cost-efficient solutions and services that maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and understand how to validate these ideas.
