hela Sverige This new role will be part of the Global Innovation Management Team and is responsible for developing and implementing principles and methodologies which are central for Product Management. You will be developing our process for product management and training Product Managers on Divisional and Group company level in processes such as Segmentation, Generation planning, Life Cycle Management, etc.
Job description
• Develop a Product Management 'toolbox' together with the GIM team, our divisions and Group companies
• Implement Product Management methods and principals throughout the ASSA ABLOY Group
• Run pilot projects together with divisions and Group companies
• Train, coach and guide Management and Executive Teams in Product Management principles, tools and processes
• Train and support local Product Managers in central processes such as Generation planning, Segmentation, Business models and Life Cycle Management
• The position will require extensive travelling globally throughout the divisions
Applicant qualifications
• Thorough experience of Product Management (5-10 years)
• Consultative approach and a strong collaborator
• Experience from teaching or training in a business environment is meriting
• Thought leadership, open minded with excellent social skills
• Experience from coaching functions or working in matrix organizations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) other languages are meriting
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
